ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS

How long will my order take to arrive?

BOSSAPALMA is commited to shipping your order within 24 hours. From that moment, delivery time for orders shipped to Spain and Balearic Islands is up to 3 business days for standar shipping and up to 24h for express shipping. Orders shipped to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be sent via Correos (Standard Mail), and delivery times may vary. Orders shipped to other EU countries have expected delivery times ranging from 2 to 5 business days. Orders to non-EU countries may take up to 10 business days, depending on the shipping country.

Can I cancel my order?

All shipped orders cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order, send us an email at info@bossapalma.com letting us know and we’ll do as much as we can. Yo can also manually cancel your orders on your user profile page. If you don’t see a “Cancel” button, it is very likely that your order is has already been dispatched.

Do you ship worldwide?

BOSSAPALMA ships worlwide. Please note that some international shipments may be eligible for additional custom fees and taxes. In all cases, BOSSAPALMA will issue the necessary paperwork to ensure the parcel is cleared from customs, althought any additional charge will be the buyer’s responsability.

Where is my order?

We want you to be in control of your order at all times. For that reason, once we ship your order we will send you a confirmation email with a link which you will be able to track your order live. You will also find the tracking link on your user profile page, under ‘my orders’. If you have any doubts about the delivery of your order, you can contact our Customer Service desk calling +34 971725487.

What if I want to change my shipping adress?

Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, the shipping adress cannot be changed. If your order has not been dispatched yet, contact us immediately at info@bossapalma.com.

What if I receive my order in bad condition?

BOSSAPALMA only sells items in perfect condition. If you happen to receive any faulty items, please contact us immediately at info@bossapalma.com.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

BOSSAPALMA does NOT accept returns except when the items were delivered in bad condition or with any manufacturing flaws. If you have received a faulty item, plese contact us immediately.

Can I make an exchange?

Exchanges are accepted under the following circumstances:

– I received my order in bad condition

– Me he equivocado de talla y me gustaría cambiarla

– I got my size wrong and I’d like to change sizes

In all cases, all products sent back for an exchange need to be in perfect condition and with no evident signs of use, otherwise we will not be able to proceed with an exchange. It is your responsibility to provide the correct packaging to make sure all items arrive at our facilities in perfect conditions. In order to ask for an exchange, contact us on info@bossapalma.com. Are out-of-stock items restocked?

If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available it will be removed from the website.

Yes, you can delete any unwanted items from your shopping bag as long as the order hasn´t been processed yet.
